She comes from a large family of 6 children and loving parents whom taught her dedication, committment and hard work. Patty's past experience was in the corporate world for 15 years. She has a vast array of experience from managing people, managing operations and budgets to purchasing luxury homes and land and selecting effective building materials for custom homes. She has a keen eye for quality materials and methods. She has been a resident of Phoenix for over 29 years and has a vast knowledge of the Valley. She has sold some very unqiue properties from homes to land and investment properties ranging from $150,000 to $20M per property for the past 10 years. Patty currently has a designation for an Accredited Land Consultant, ALC, for which is a designation only a few hold in Maricopa County and requires many hours of training and actual closed transactions to earn. She currently resides on a local Home Owners Association Architectural Review Committee. Melissa Wilson - REALTOR® 602-292-7201 Melissa is the hardest working REALTOR you will find in the Valley! She has over 9 years of experience in the Residential market in new and re-sale homes. She has also successfully helped many clients with properties for investment purposes, ranging from single family homes to apartment buildings.
